believe in God or not,
its recorded in history that some one died for you. you may think he was just a man, but even if he was, doesn’t that kinda make life a little more worth it.

History is fiction and so is this statement, I will die for myself and nobody else will, thanks. I don’t need saving, especially not from someone who may or may not have existed several millenia ago. Don’t get me wrong, the archetype of Christ is one that is quite fascinating, but thinking someone died for you and that its just okay to do whatever the fuck is counter-productive to where we need to be going. It is the potential of each and every person to become self-actualized like Jesus Christ, this man who may or may not have existed.
Personally, I think he is simply a collective dream of our species, or a vision that is drawing us ever onward.
